I recommend this place to friends, it's a great choice in Puebla. There is a lot of appetising food for breakfast. - Everyone who works in the hotel is accommodating and pleasant. - It offers excellent services. - There is parking nearby.

My a double room had a mini bar, satellite TV, and climate control. It was beautiful and had a stunningly beautiful view of the cathedral. Location: the hotel was so close to the center of Old Spanish Colonial PUEBLA, the best restaurant, la mural and Catedral. Staying at the property was very pleasant, I would come here again.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, right at the city center and close to the best restaurant in town. The service provided by the staff was exceptional - they were friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist. The room amenities were top-notch, with air conditioning, a mini-bar, and an in-room safe. The hotel also provided free toiletries and a flat-screen TV for my entertainment. I particularly enjoyed dining at the restaurant and relaxing at the bar/lounge area. The staff made me feel welcome and ensured that all my needs were met. The free Wi-Fi was an added bonus, allowing me to stay connected throughout my stay.

Convenient and amazing location, just a 5-minute stroll away from a beautiful Roman Catholic church ⛪️.

We got two free cocktails at check-in and a complimentary Easter chocolate egg, which was a nice touch. the hotel was situated right in the heart of the city, making it really easy to get around and explore. We loved the rooftop terrace, which had incredible views and was perfect for enjoying a drink at sunset.

Our room was a major disappointment. It was dingy and lacked natural light, making it feel gloomy and dull.

No complaints, everything was just perfect.

The breakfast was amazing, especially the chilaquiles. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city with easy access to all the main attractions. They also had a sky bar with stunning views which was a great place to relax after a long day of sightseeing.

The lighting in the rooms was not great for getting ready in the morning. , there was a slight musty smell in the room upon arrival which may have been due to the natural wooden rafters.
